2. About GLP Approach
GLP Approach is a UK-based coaching and lifestyle membership designed to support people using GLP-1 medication through personalised coaching, nutrition guidance, strength training and accountability. GLP Approach is not a medical or prescribing service. We do not prescribe, supply or sell medication.
3. Membership
Your membership may include: • Personal coaching • Strength training programmes • Nutrition guidance • Educational resources • Community support • Accountability The services included depend on the membership you have purchased. We reserve the right to improve or update the membership and its content from time to time.
4. Payments
Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our website. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before your next renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your member account.Once cancelled:• Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.• No further payments will be taken.• Your access will end automatically when your paid membership expires.
6. Refunds
Due to the immediate digital nature of our coaching resources and programmes, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, if you feel there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately.
7. Health & Safety Disclaimer
GLP Approach provides lifestyle and coaching support. We are NOT medical professionals. Any information provided is for educational purposes and should not replace advice from your GP or pharmacist. You must consult your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially while using GLP-1 medication.
8. Code of Conduct
We aim to provide a safe and supportive community environment. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behaviour within our community groups will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including training plans, nutrition guides, and videos provided as part of your membership, is the intellectual property of GLP Approach. You may not share, sell, or redistribute this content to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
GLP Approach is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or financial losses resulting from the use of our coaching or website. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use your data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be notified to members via email or through the member dashboard.
13. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at our sole discretion if these terms are violated or if your conduct is deemed harmful to the GLP Approach community.
